These Terms apply to your purchase and use of "The 60-Second Tantrum Rescue Kit" sold by Pixelate LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Product

The 60-Second Tantrum Rescue Kit is a digital product: a downloadable PDF guide of practical parenting scripts plus a private, phone-friendly web page (the Rescue Button) that shows the same scripts. The product offers general parenting ideas only. It is not therapy, treatment, diagnosis, or medical or mental health advice, and it does not replace your pediatrician or any qualified professional. If anyone is in danger, call 911. After payment you are taken to a private page with your download. No physical product is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. License and use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, print and use the kit for your own family and the caregivers who help you look after your children. You may not share your private download link, or resell, copy or distribute the PDF, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixelate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.

Pixelate LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Order information: your name and email address, provided at checkout.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Website and advertising data: we may use cookies and similar tools, such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Microsoft Clarity (which records anonymized page interactions such as clicks and scrolling), to measure visits and the performance of our ads.

2. How we use it

• To process your order and give you access.
• To contact you about your purchase and provide support.
• To understand and improve our website and ads.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Meta (advertising measurement) and Microsoft (site analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.

5. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The Rescue Button page does not use accounts and does not send what you type to us; anything you save stays on your own device.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the 60-Second Tantrum Rescue Kit. If it is not for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How it works

• Request your refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer.
• After 7 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you other rights.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order, or you cannot download the PDF, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor the rights you have as a consumer.
